Authorities in Ukraine, with support from French police and Europol, have arrested the suspected administrator of XSS.is, one of the largest and most influential Russian-speaking cybercrime forums.
The forum, which had over 50,000 registered users, served as a key marketplace for stolen data, hacking tools, and illicit services for more than a decade. The arrest follows a multi-year international investigation involving wiretaps and coordinated law enforcement efforts. XSS.is has now been seized, disrupting a major hub for cybercriminal activity.
